Welcome to the Core & Curve Lab™ Members Community — a private space for women using C+CL programs, resources, and education.

This group is here to make it easier to connect, ask questions, share what you’re learning, talk about real-life implementation, and support one another while navigating lipedema, changing capacity, movement, nourishment, self-care, and everyday life.

Inside this community, you may find:

• conversations connected to TLP™ and other Core & Curve Lab™ resources;

• practical discussions about capacity, routines, movement, nourishment, home care, and support;

• announcements, new resources, and C+CL updates;

• opportunities to share questions, experiences, wins, and challenges;

• a place to connect with other women who understand that wellness does not look the same every day.

This is a supportive education and community space, not a place for diagnosis or individualized medical treatment. Please protect one another’s privacy, respect different bodies and experiences, and keep conversations constructive.

You do not have to be perfect, caught up, or having a “good” day to participate.
